An architectural consultation and site visit will help answer these three questions.
This initial consultation allows us to undertake some important investigation and provide strategic advice before developing a detailed Service and Fee Proposal for your project.
The consultation provides you with six important things:
1. A meeting at your property with Jason Border, an architect with over 25 years’ experience.
2. Verbal design advice based on your property, needs and aspirations.
3. An indicative project cost range, together with advice about your budget and expectations.
4. An overview of the likely building approval pathway for your project.
5. A written summary of the initial advice discussed during the consultation.
6. A detailed Service and Fee Proposal outlining the proposed architectural services and fees for each stage of your project.
The consultation and site visit has a fixed fee of $750 + GST.
